Bath Park & Ride User Survey

Bath & North East Somerset Council is proud of its Park & Ride service, which supports more than 2.5 million passenger journeys into Bath each year. The service plays a vital role in reducing traffic congestion, improving air quality and supporting the council's environmental goals by replacing thousands of car journeys into the city centre every day.

Bath Park & Ride has been recognised as one of the best services in the country, achieving the second-highest customer satisfaction score nationally in recent surveys. While we are delighted with this recognition, we remain committed to continuous improvement and are keen to hear your views.

What we're asking

We are inviting residents, commuters, students, visitors and businesses to share their views on Bath's Park & Ride service. Whether you use Park & Ride regularly, occasionally, or have never used it before, we want to hear from you.

The survey will help us better understand:

  • How people travel into and around Bath
  • How and why people use Park & Ride services
  • Levels of customer satisfaction
  • Travel habits and future transport needs
  • What works well and where improvements could be made
