Coronation Avenue & Lansdown View area RPZ consultation survey

Thank you for sharing your views on a proposed Residents' Parking Zone (RPZ) for the Coronation Avenue and Lansdown View area in Bath.

These proposals are designed to improve parking availability for residents, reduce congestion and anti-social parking, and encourage more active travel in the area.

During this first consultation, we want to know:

  • Whether you support the proposal in principle
  • Your thoughts on the types and mix of parking restrictions proposed (e.g. permit-only areas, short-stay bays for visitors, double line restrictions)
  • How the RPZ might affect you
  • Any suggestions to improve the scheme

Your feedback will help to establish the levels of support for an RPZ in the community and shape the final design.

Before you begin

Please read the supporting material on our web page and refer to the map. If you occupy a property in the area, or in the streets immediately surrounding the proposed RPZ, you should also have received this supporting material by post.

We will ask you for your address and contact information as part of the survey.

The streets/buildings included in the proposed Coronation Avenue and Lansdown View area RPZ are listed in the 'Our Proposals' section.

The survey is open from Monday 19 October until 5pm on 16 November 2026. Please answer all questions as accurately as possible. Your responses will remain confidential and will be used solely for the purposes of this public engagement.

Completing the survey should take no more than around 5 to 10 minutes.

If you have any questions or need assistance or an alternative format, please contact us at LN_RPZ@bathnes.gov.uk or 01225 39 40 25.
